② The "CGM" collects personal information for the following purposes, and some items may be optionally provided by members depending on the service.

• Member Management: User identification, identity verification, member grade (general/associate/full member) calculation and authorization, prevention of fraudulent use by problematic members, verification of children under age 14.

• Faith Support: Faith counseling service, counselor assignment and follow-up nurturing support.
• Marketing & Announcements: New program announcements, personalized content (scripture, meditation, etc.), event and benefit information (with consent).

Article 9. Location-Based Service Usage Guide

① Purpose and Items of Processing: With user consent, the CGM utilizes the device's location function (GPS, etc.) while the app is displayed on the screen (foreground state) to provide the "automatic attendance check function by verifying your arrival at church."

② Processing Method (Foreground Only): This app does not request or collect background location permissions at the system level whatsoever. Location information is processed only temporarily when the user brings the app to the foreground and activates the relevant function.

③ Retention and Disposal of Personal Location Information: The user's real-time location coordinates are used only temporarily for in-device calculations to determine attendance, and are neither transmitted to nor stored on servers — they are immediately discarded. However, the final result generated through location information — the "attendance confirmation result (attendance status, date/time)" — is safely retained as a service provision record until membership withdrawal or the notified retention period.

④ User Rights and Exercise Methods: Users may withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal location information at any time through the device's own settings or in-app settings (More > Settings > Location-based Automatic Attendance Check). When consent is withdrawn or the app is closed, foreground location information processing will immediately stop.

Article 10. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

① Upon Membership Withdrawal: Personal information is deleted immediately in principle.

② Prevention of Fraudulent Use: To prevent malicious re-registration and fraudulent use, IDs and mobile phone numbers are retained for 5 months after withdrawal and then automatically deleted.

③ Compliance with Laws and Regulations: If regulations exist in relevant laws and regulations such as the Commercial Act, information is retained for the applicable period.

Article 11. Technical and Administrative Measures for Personal Information Protection
